CLIMATIC CONDITIONS: Quite cool summer with high precipitation but April/May was very warm and dry.
DATE OF HARVEST: 22 April - 12 May 2004
HARVEST & VINIFICATION: Hand-picked and 100 % de-stemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and maceration for 3 weeks. Aged in 90 % new and 10 % used French Oak barriques for 24 months.

TASTING
NOTES:
Intense ruby colour; rich nose of tangy cherry and cassis with hints of spice box as well as some gamy characters and sweet, ripe tannins. A full-bodied powerful Bordeaux blend with a smooth and superbly textured long finish.
DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ºC
CELLARING: 5-10 years
