TASTING NOTES: Youthful blackcurrant aromas leave place to smoky flavours and tobacco. Superbly lush and ripe with loads of blackberry and spice aromas it is an approachable rich wine with a supple, medium-full structure with flesh and sweet berry flavours enhanced by subtle nuances of oak and grilled nuts. The abundance of tannins lends compactness at this stage, but it is long and well-balanced and has a fine fresh finish.
