TASTING NOTES:
Deep red. Initial fresh ground white pepper with some liquorice is followed by a lively sweet nose of plums, violets and black currant fruit intermixed with some spicy wood, truffle and some hints of tar. A vivacious acidity and expansive but soft tannin structure warrant long maturing potential however there is an open quality to the wine already which makes it approachable while quite young.
