CLIMATIC CONDITIONS: Cool spring and late frosts causing tiny crops while a long and dry summer ensured ideal ripening conditions.

HARVEST & VINIFICATION: Hand-picked and 100 % de-stemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and maceration for 3 weeks. Aged in 40 % new and 60% used French Oak barriques for 25
months.

TASTING NOTES:
Intense blackberry nose with violets. Perfumed,
masculine and gamey notes with freshly ground pepper, meat and hints smoke. Black raspberries intermixed with notes of mint, truffle and coffee. Lively acidity that carries into the long finish loaded with
extract and massive but elegant tannins.
DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ºC
