CLIMATIC CONDITIONS:
Warm spring and summer leading to ideal flowering and ripening conditions, with a short period of rain during February.

HARVEST & VINIFICATION:
Hand-picked and 100 % de-stemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and maceration for 3 weeks. Aged in 35 % new and 65% used French Oak barriques for 24
months.

TASTING NOTES:
Purple red coloured wine. Intense nose of blackberries and plums. Masculine with freshlyintegrated ground white pepper, smoky and gamy hints. Black raspberries and Maraschino cherries on the palate withnotes of mint, eucalyptus, mocha and black olives. Lively aciditythat carries into a long finish loaded with extract and massive but elegant tannins.
