Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermentation in stainless steel. Fermentation stopped at 13.0%VOL.

TASTING NOTES:
This luscious wine obtained its name from the
Italian Vintner, who started planting this vineyard in Martinborough in 1989. Lightly golden in colour with high viscosity this wine combines flavours of white peaches, apricots and zesty citrus aromas with layersof floral honey and green walnuts, showing some minerality and all nicely balanced by an elegant acidity.

CELLARING: now to 10 years
