CLIMATIC CONDITIONS:
No spring frosts and favourable flowering conditions set ideal start to the season. Summer was windy, warm and dry with some rain toward the end of vintage.

HARVEST & VINIFICATION:
Partially whole bunch pressed and maceration on skins. Fermentation in different bins under influences of various yeasts and temperatures. Racking by gravity to keep maximum freshness of fermentation-CO2.

TASTING NOTES:
Light straw coloured wine with basil mint,
pineapple and yeasty aromas. Medium bodied with some grapefruitand exotic fruit on the palate. Showing balanced acidity, mineralityand elegance. Dry, with nice fruit-sweetness leading to a lively,
long-lasting finish.
DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 10 ºC
