CLIMATIC CONDITIONS: Quite cool summer and autumn with above average rainfall. Selective picking was most important in this vintage.
DATE OF HARVEST: 29 April 2005
HARVEST & VINIFICATION: Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under influences of various yeasts and temperatures. Racking by gravity to keep maximum freshness of fermentation-CO2.

TASTING
NOTES: Very light in colour as the grapes were pressed straight away without maceration on skins to avoid phenolic components. Therefore very charming, crisp and fresh Rosé with raspberry and ripe cherry fruit. Good mid-palate and long, mouth-watering finish.
DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 10 ºC
CELLARING: now to 4 years
