LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Only persons aged 18 years or over may order wine or receive wine as a gift or on behalf of the buyer.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY:
All wines offered are subject to availability. All prices include GST. If you like to order our wines, please return this order form by mail or fax, or send us an e-mail. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Please note that we need to receive your full payment before delivery of the wine. We allocate the wine on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT:
By Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX), cheque, cash or direct credit to Schubert Wines Limited, Account Number 30-2915-0155552-001, HSBC, Auckland, New Zealand.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
Wellington & Wairarapa: NZ$ 5.00/case;
North Island: NZ$ 7.00/case;
South Island NZ$ 9.00/case.
Orders for five or more cases (case = 6 bottles) are delivered free of charge. Magnums and Double-Magnums are delivered free of charge. The delivery address must be a street address.

BREAKAGES, FALSE DELIVERY:
If bottles are broken or the delivery is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Losses can be only claimed within 2 weeks from delivery.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• Interest will be charged on overdue accounts
• Ownership and Title in the goods does not pass until payment in full is made to Schubert Wines Limited
• Pursuant to the Fair Trading Act 1986, accounts not met within our trading terms will be liable for all costs of collection.
